How to Book Your Appointment – It’s Simple!

Booking your consultation with Dr. Garima Gupta is easy and seamless. Just follow these steps carefully to complete your appointment successfully.

1. Select Patient Type

Begin by selecting your patient category from the dropdown menu:
Indian Patient, Indian Patient Abroad, or Foreign Patient.

Once selected, the appropriate appointment form will open in a popup window on the same page.

2. Fill Out the Appointment Form

Start by choosing your Type of Service from the available options.

Click Next, then carefully enter the following:

• Your Full Name

• Appointment Date

• Appointment Time

Click Next again to proceed to the Shipping Details section.

After completing all required fields, review your information and click Submit.

3. Make the Payment

A secure payment window will open automatically.

Select your preferred payment method:

• Razorpay (for Indian Patients or Indians Abroad)

• PayPal (for Foreign Patients)

Complete the payment process to confirm your appointment.

4. Confirmation

Once the payment is successful:

• You will receive a confirmation email with all your appointment details.

• Dr. Garima Gupta will reach out to you at your scheduled consultation time.
